Felix Hartmann is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hartmann Capital, a frontier tech investment firm. Hartmann Capital invests in early-stage opportunities across XR, AI, and UGC, backing companies like ShapesXR, TrippVR, DressX, and LIV, with Felix joining several of their boards. In addition to the venture business, Felix serves as the CIO of the firm's hedge fund division, specializing in digital assets, where he was a key activist trader in the early DeFi space and held DAO roles in projects like Enzyme Finance. Outside of work, Felix explores longevity science and writes dystopian fiction.

Daniel identifies and evaluates investment opportunities in metaverse-related verticals, including Web3 Metaverse Infrastructure, Virtual Reality, Gaming, and AI.

JP focuses and specializes in investments in XR, expanding primarily across B2C standalone apps and games.

Anand has worked in tech for over 20 years. He has experience in developer platforms, consumer marketplaces, enterprise SaaS businesses and AR/VR. After graduating from MIT, Anand co-founded a virtual desktop company. The company was funded by Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz, and it was acquired in 2014.Before joining Meta, Anand was an early employee at Postmates. He helped the company grow to nearly $1 billion in annualized GMV. As a member of the executive team, he helped the company raise $100 million in Series D funding. At Meta, Anand led the developer platform work on Workplace by Facebook, an enterprise collaboration product. He helped grow the number of paying users to 7 million subscribers and partnered with companies like Cisco and Microsoft. Anand then joined Meta Reality Labs, which makes Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality devices and Metaverse applications. Anand's current focus is to lead Meta's efforts to expand Virtual & Mixed Reality Content to verticals such as enterprise, personal productivity & collaboration, wellness and fitness, education, creator tools, travel, and retail by working with innovative developers and brands in the ecosystem.

Roberto is an entrepreneur, content creator and the Founder of Metav3rse – Instagram’s largest crypto and metaverse-focused page -- and Eluna.ai, a leading AI product suite designed to streamline productivity and elevate creativity. Roberto previously founded MuseWorks -- a boutique software development studio focusing on building mobile creativity software, media platforms & social-first brands.

David joined the team at Hartmann Capital in 2024 to lead its marketing efforts. Prior to joining, David began his career in NYC on the agency-side before leading social media and content marketing at Bloomberg LP. He has also led marketing teams in at startups across financial services and digital assets.
